To address their water issues, we first poured a new slab floor with drainage matting and WaterGuard perimeter drainage system. A TripleSafe sump pump was installed for the WaterGuard to tie into so water would get captured and pumped away from the home. CleanSpace Wall System was added around the basement walls as a vapor barrier to seal moisture out and give the basement a fresh, clean look. This system is designed to create a barrier that blocks water vapor and helps to keep the basement dry and free from mold and mildew. It also helps to improve the overall air quality in the basement by reducing the amount of moisture in the air.
