Homeowners in Livermore, Maine had built an addition on their home, but over time the foundation wall connecting to the basement began bowing. The wall had horizontal cracking, indicating a serious structural concern. We installed a new StableLock Wall, which is a poured concrete wall that abuts the failing wall so it will not shift or crack any further. The new wall provides proper stability to the home, and is a less invasive repair than excavation of the old wall, or lifting the home.

The Triple Safe features two Zoeller sumps to handle heavy rain situations with the added protection of a battery backup pump. The water gets pumped out of the basement and far away from the home through a Buried Discharge Line. Maine gets cold, so to prevent ice buildup from being a problem during the winter months, IceGuard was installed on the Discharge line to ensure the system will run with no hiccups. The homeowner is happy and can use their basement freely without worrying about their items being damaged by water.

WaterGuard is a perimeter drain that allows water to travel under the floors service, leaving you a dry basement. While the TripleSafe Sump Pump will collect all of the water from the drain and expel it out of the basement and away from the homes foundation.
