TC Hafford Basement Systems Before & After Photos

The current homeowner of a Lewiston, ME home was left with ongoing water issues due to the previous owner removing the bulkhead. We poured a new slab floor complete with WaterGuard perimeter drainage system. We also added CleanSpace Wall system around the basement as a vapor barrier that channels any moisture to the WaterGuard. The WaterGuard connects with the brand new TripleSafe sump pump system, which then removes water from the home through an exterior buried discharge line.

To address the walls, we installed CleanSpace Wall System, a vapor barrier that seals moisture out of the basement and directs it behind the liner to our WaterGuard drainage system.
