A TripleSafe Sump Pump was installed in the basement's low spot to capture groundwater and take care of it before it could cause any problems. The Triple Safe features two Zoeller sumps to handle heavy rain situations with the added protection of a battery backup pump. The water gets pumped out of the basement and far away from the home through a Buried Discharge Line. Maine gets cold, so to prevent ice buildup from being a problem during the winter months, IceGuard was installed on the Discharge line to ensure the system will run with no hiccups. The homeowner is happy and can use their basement freely without worrying about their items being damaged by water.

WaterGuard is a perimeter drain that allows water to travel under the floors service, leaving you a dry basement. While the TripleSafe Sump Pump will collect all of the water from the drain and expel it out of the basement and away from the homes foundation.
