We installed CleanSpace with drainage matting. Drainage Matting is a durable barrier with dimples to help channel water and elevate the CleanSpace, keeping it clean. CleanSpace is a durable, inorganic vapor barrier that gets attached to the walls and seals up the crawl space, keeping moisture out. A SuperSump pump system was also installed, with an exterior buried discharge line to remove any water away from the home. The discharge line is protected with IceGuard from freezing up in the winter. Lastly, a SaniDry Sedona air purification system was added to keep the air healthy from dust and mold spores, as well as control the moisture in the space.

System Design Specialist Josh Hamel met with the homeowner and worked with them to design a Gutter Shutter system that would fit the needs and aesthetics of their home. Gutter Shutter comes in multiple colors, allowing the homeowner to pick an option that matches with their home to prevent the gutter from sticking out. Ice buildup is a major concern in the winter months, as icicles can be dangerous and the additional weight could be harmful to the home.
