When our crew arrived, they were able to get started on the damp concrete floor by installing a WaterGuard piping system around the perimeter. This system feeds directly into the TripleSafe sump pump also installed within the floor. Now when any water leaks in towards this basement interior, the WaterGuard system will capture it and force it out of the home through the TripleSafe pump. Finally, an IceGuard pipe segment and LawnScape discharge port were attached to the PVC discharge line used to carry the water from the home.

WaterGuard collects and channels the water to the new TripleSafe Sump Pump, and TrenchDrain ensures all water is collected at the entryways. The TripleSafe Sump Pump is capable of pushing all the water from the WaterGuard out of the basement and through the new Buried Discharge Line. To make sure the system works during the freezing winter months, IceGuard was attached to the Buried Discharge Line to prevent ice buildup. Now the homeowner can use their basement as they please since their basement is fully waterproof and will stay dry all the time.
