Job review from Diane in Rumford, ME 04276 on 11/20/19

Communication on site visit and what prep work had to be done was different than day of install (we had to reschedule). Email was sent in advance to clarify an area and we were told the guys would be notified and we should be all set. We had to reschedule another Saturday. The contractor (doing the work). More clarification, consistency on what prep work needed to be done would have helped.
