It took a while for us to connect regarding a service call.

Extremely professional, polite, no BS, and knows his stuff. I will request him every time.
Our Service Person's Diagnosis
Brian tested my 10-year-old battery, and suggested we wait until next year since it was passing all the tests just fine. He could have sold me a battery, but was honest and trustworthy. I appreciate that.
