Garage Water Issue Solved with TrenchDrain

A Rye, NH homeowner contacted TC Hafford Basement Systems for support with humidity in their basement, as well as water damage near their garage doors. System Design Specialist Mike P. met with the owner for a free estimate to solve their water issues.

In the basement we installed a SaniDry Sedona to take care of their high humidity. In the garage we installed TrenchDrain and a SuperSump with UltraSump battery back up. The TrenchDrain channels water directly to the SuperSump, which then pumps the water through an Exterior Buried Discharge line that takes it far from the home. The inclusion of the UltraSump Battery Back-Up is important to keep water out of the basement even during power outages, which tend to be very common in New England during storms.
