Older Basement Leaking in Auburn, ME

New homeowners in Auburn, ME quickly discovered their basement leaked with every rain. They were planning to use the home as a rental property, but first had to address the intrusion issue that left them with 6" of water at times. To address their water issues, we first poured a new slab floor with drainage matting and WaterGuard perimeter drainage system.
