Waterproofing Wet Basement in Boothbay Harbor, ME

When they realized they had basement water intrusion issues, they called us back to give a free estimate. We prepped the floor with drainage matting and WaterGuard perimeter drainage system before pouring a new slab floor. CleanSpace Wall system was installed on the walls to act as a vapor barrier, sealing moisture out and giving a fresh clean look to the space. The WaterGuard channels water to their new TripleSafe sump pump system, which pumps water away from the home through an exterior buried discharge line. The TripleSafe has two Zoeller pumps, as well as a battery back up pump in the event of power loss. The homeowners can now enjoy their dry and usable basement!
