Basement Waterproofing in Rumford, Maine

The new homeowner of a Rumford, Maine property realized their basement leaked every time it rained. We installed a TripleSafe sump pump that features three pumps to handle high capacity water events, and it has a battery back up to continue working in the event of a power outage. WaterGuard perimeter drainage system was installed around the basement to collect water and channel it directly to the sump pump to be removed. We installed CleanSpace Wall System on the leaking walls. CleanSpace is an inorganic vapor barrier that seals moisture out, and also prevents mold growth. The CleanSpace was sealed with Spray Foam insulation to ensure no moisture or air would be affecting the liner.
