Installing WaterGuard Drainage System in Rochester, NH

Homeowners in Rochester, NH had cracks in their foundation walls that were letting water in, and they wanted to explore adding a perimeter drainage system. We provided a free estimate and recommended installing WaterGuard perimeter drainage, along with CleanSpace Wall System to protect the seeping walls. CleanSpace Wall System is a vapor barrier that allows water to stay behind the liner and directed to the WaterGuard drainage, while sealing moisture out of the basement space. The CleanSpace also gives a clean and updated appearance to old basement walls. WaterGuard drainage channels incoming water directly to their new TripleSafe sump pump (not pictured here). The TripleSafe then pumps water away from the home through an exterior buried discharge line.
