Basement Waterproofing Project in New Sharon, Maine

This basement belongs to a 200 year old home in New Sharon, Maine. The homeowners had water intrusion from the dirt floor and the old stone walls. We gave the basement a complete makeover, with new concrete flooring, WaterGuard perimeter drainage system, CleanSpace Walls, and a TripleSafe sump pump. CleanSpace Wall system is a vapor barrier that attaches to the walls to seal out moisture and direct it behind the liner down to the WaterGuard drainage. WaterGuard connects to the new TripleSafe to channel water to the pump to be removed from the home.
