Leaking Basement Wall Repair in Cumberland Center, Maine

We recently helped homeowners in Cumberland Center, Maine to address their leaking basement walls. Water had been coming into the space, damaging the finished walls. We used CleanSpace Wall system to protect the walls. CleanSpace Wall is a vapor barrier that is installed to seal moisture out of the basement, directing it behind the liner to the new WaterGuard perimeter drainage system. WaterGuard captures any incoming moisture and funnels it to the TripleSafe sump pump (not pictured here). The TripleSafe is the top of the line sump system, featuring a battery backup pump and two Zoeller pumps. All of these products work together to keep the basement dry all the time.
