New Concrete Floor in Newcastle, Maine

New homeowners in Newcastle, Maine discovered their basement was wet, with water coming through the cove joint and cracks in the floor. We poured new concrete flooring, with WaterGuard perimeter drainage system. Not pictured we also installed a TripleSafe sump pump to pump any water collected from the WaterGuard drainage away from the home. The basement is now dry, protected, and has a fresh, finely finished appearance.
