WaterGuard will take water that seeps in and channel it to a TripleSafe Sump Pump that’s attached to an exterior buried Discharge Line that will move the water away from the house, where it will no longer be a concern. IceGuard is attached to the Discharge Line, preventing the buildup of ice and ensuring clogging won’t be an issue in the winter.

Now that the system is in place, the homeowner is free to remodel the home without the concern of water damage or the need to check on the house every time it rains.

With moisture leaking in through their stone foundation, this Southwest Harbor, ME homeowner needed a way to prevent this moisture from flooding their basement in the future. These three pumps work together to ensure water no longer pools up across this basement floor, even during harsh storms.  Outside the home, an IceGuard pipe segment along with a LawnScape discharge port were attached to the discharge line. The IceGuard will provide an extra layer of protection against flooding by allowing any water blocked by ice or debris to escape the line before flooding back into the basement.
