When our crew arrived at the home, they got started right away installing WaterGuard piping beneath the perimeter of the basement floor. These pipes, leading to a TripleSafe sump system, will pull in and trap any water leaking into this basement in the future. The water will then be pumped out of the home by the new TripleSafe pump, where it will no longer cause this homeowner any trouble. Finally, a CleanSpace wall liner was installed around the walls of the basement, to both provide a larger area of moisture protection as well as to brighten up the interior of the basement. This Whiting, Maine basement had cracks in the walls and floors that were letting water in, causing a mess. We poured a new slab floor with WaterGuard perimeter drainage system.
