Their old crawl space had dirt floors and moisture issues, causing problems with their old fiberglass insulation. We installed our two-step encapsulation system, drainage matting with a CleanSpace liner. CleanSpce is a vapor barrier that seals out moisture, and prevents mold growth. SprayFoam insulation was added on the walls and rim joists to keep an air tight seal and provide energy savings for the homeowners. Lastly, we installed a SaniDry Sedona high efficiency air system to filter the air as well as control the humidity in the crawl space.

We cleared the crawlspace of debris and regraded the area with clean stone. We were then able to install CleanSpace with drainage matting, an inorganic vapor barrier that seals the walls. Lastly, we installed a SaniDry Sedona high efficiency air purifier to filter any dust and mold spores, as well as control the moisture in the air.

SprayFoam was installed on the rim joists and walls to insulate the area, keeping cold air out during the winter, making the space more dry and comfortable, and saving the homeowner money on their energy bill!
