Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

The homeowner wanted to encapsulate the space, as well as install SprayFoam Insulation, knowing it was eligible for energy rebates through the state. We encapsulated the space using CleanSpace with Drainage Matting. Drainage Matting is a durable barrier with dimples to help channel water and elevate the CleanSpace, keeping it clean. CleanSpace is a durable, inorganic vapor barrier that gets attached to the walls and seals up the crawl space, keeping moisture out. We also installed a TripleSafe sump pump, which features two Zoeller sumps and a battery-powered backup. The TripleSafe drains water out of the crawlspace and through an Exterior Buried Discharge line that is protected against ice buildup in the winter with IceGuard. SprayFoam was installed on the rim joists and walls to insulate the area, keeping cold air out during the winter, making the space more dry and comfortable, and saving the homeowner money on their energy bill!

We installed WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement, which directed water into the new sump pump in the crawl space.
