The WaterGuard will capture any moisture leaking through the floor in the future and guide the captured water to the TripleSafe sump system installed in the floor. Lastly, a CleanSpace Wall System was put in place around the entire basement. This barrier will collect any water leaking through the walls and feed it directly into the WaterGuard below.

Falmouth, ME homeowners wanted help from TC Hafford Basement Systems updating their attic insulation. System Design Specialist Josh H. met with the owners to assess their attic space and give a free estimate. We removed the old fiberglass insulation which was damp and failing. We installed TruSoft cellulose insulation. TruSoft is made out of recycled materials, and offers fire, mold, and pest resistance. 

We recently helped homeowners in Falmouth, ME with their wet basement. They already had a sump pump from another company, but the water in the basement was not making it to that sump pump to be able to be properly removed from the home.
