This three-layer seal with a foam core adheres to the length of the crack and is capable of slight bends to conform to any shifts in the overall shape of the crack while maintaining a water-tight bond. System Design Specialist Adam Hamm met with the homeowner to discuss their concerns and design a system that would surpass their expectations and protect the health of the home. Water was coming up through a floor drain, leading to as much as three feet of standing water. To ensure that water would not flood the basement, a TripleSafe Sump Pump was installed and connected to an exterior buried discharge line with IceGuard. IceGuard prevents ice buildup during the cold season, keeping the system running all year round.
