There in the sump, we installed a SuperSump sump pump, to push the water up and out of the basement through a PVC discharge line. Finally, on the exterior of the home we attached an IceGuard filter to the line. This special pipe will allow for continued flow of water even if the end of the pipe becomes blocked by ice or other debris. With these systems working together, this homeowner will no longer need to deal with a wet basement floor. They will now have a dry basement for many years to come!

The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed in their basement to keep humidity levels at a safe level. The SaniDry Sedona drains into the waterproofing system so the homeowner never has to worry about it not running when it needs to. The Aspen Air Purification system was installed in the living area of the home and covers 1500 sq ft, keeping the air clean and helping to eliminate odors. The homeowner is fully protected against water in their basement, and their home is healthier than before. Now they can use their basement however they want without the risk of their belongings being damaged.

Donna in Owls Head had a problem. Her problem was that the crawlspace underneath her house would flood whenever it would rain. This lead to several issues, most importantly, mold and rot. Then we installed a SaniDry CX dehumidifier to maintain the air quality of the crawlspace. This way even if moisture should make its way in, it won’t stay long enough to allow for mold growth. When our installation crew made it out to the home, they began by excavating a shallow trench into the perimeter of the concrete floor. This would enable WaterGuard piping to be laid, surrounding the basement. A TripleSafe sump system was then installed with the WaterGuard piping feeding directly into the sump. Next, the trench was filled in with loose rocks and a fresh layer of concrete. Now, the WaterGuard will capture any leaking moisture within the floor and guide it to the TripleSafe for removal before the water can even reach the surface. The TripleSafe unit will handle pumping water up and out of the home using its three pumps inside. With two main pumps to handle the bulk of the water and a battery backup pump, the TripleSafe will keep this basement completely water-free! With their newly waterproofed basement, this homeowner can now make better use of the space without fearing damage.
