Homeowners in Carmel, Maine wanted to finish their basement and be sure that it was waterproofed before investing in the renovations. We installed WaterGuard around the basement, a perimeter drainage system that collects moisture and channels it directly to the TripleSafe sump pump. CleanSpace Wall System was installed on the walls, CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that seals out moisture, and directs and water into the WaterGuard to be removed. The brand new TripleSafe has two Zoeller pumps and a third battery back up pump to keep things running even if the home loses power. The homeowners can now finish their basement as they would like, knowing it is fully protected from water.

Homeowners in Levant, Maine reached out for a free estimate to repair their foundation walls. They had noticed two spots of their stone walls were beginning to shift. The foundation was built in 1860 with old fieldstones, and the owners had created some makeshift supports in the interim. We evaluated the foundation and recommended installing our patented StableLock Wall system in both spots to keep the home secured. StableLock utilizes specialized bracing to support the home, and then we pour a new concrete wall abutting the failing wall to prevent further shifting.

Finally, on the exterior of the house, where the water from the sump pump travels through a discharge pipe, we concatenated an IceGuard pipe. This piece is uniquely designed to allow for water to continue to flow even if the lower end of the discharge pipe is blocked by ice or other debris.
