Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

We installed WaterGuard along the perimeter and connected to a new TripleSafe Sump Pump. WaterGuard captures and channels water to the TripleSafe, which features two Zoeller sumps and a battery-powered backup. The TripleSafe drains water out of the basement and through an Exterior Buried Discharge line that is protected against ice buildup with IceGuard. Next, to brighten up the interior of the basement and provide a layer covering the cold concrete walls, BrightWall panels were installed over the damaged area. This enabled them to lay WaterGuard piping down below the surface of the floor, covering it over with a fresh layer of concrete. Concealed within the floor, the WaterGuard piping will now capture any moisture leaking in through the foundation before it can reach the floors surface. This trapped water is guided directly into the SuperSump installed in the corner of the basement to remove the water from the home before it can accumulate. The water is forced out of the home through a PVC discharge line protected by an IceGuard segment just outside the home. The IceGuard is constructed with upward facing holes to allow for any water blocked by ice or debris to escape the line before backing up into the home.
