Good morning, All too often we grumble when things don't turn out exactly as we want, when we want, and at a cost we want, without letting people know when our expectations have been met, or exceeded. I am probably as guilty as the next guy.   In July we contacted you about our crawl space.  Within 2 weeks Daryl visited us, and on the same day quoted and scheduled the work. He was professional and helpful at every phase of the project. We were kept informed by Amanda as to how things were progressing - "do you have any questions?", and in 39 days from the initial visit to the crew driving away, we had a finished project.   Ryan, Josh, and Taylor did a first-class job.  They explained the steps to be followed, cheerfully answered questions, did the work, and completed the project on time and absolutely hit a home run with quality.     Daryl, Amanda, Ryan, Josh and Taylor are a credit to TC Hafford.  They are the kind of people every business owner dreams about having - professional and a delight for the customer to deal with.   We are sure that you realize how good they are, but want you to know what we think.  You are lucky to have them all, and we hope that you will let them - and everyone who works for TC Hafford know - just how good they are, and that they are credit to themselves and the company.   Thanks again to all for a job very well done, and please feel free to use us as a reference wherever and whenever you would like to.

I have lived with water in my basement for years. After the house was built we had problems with water and the builder came back and put some drains in, still water. Years later we hired a compnay that guaranteed they could solve the problem and guaranteed it for life. Still we had problems and when we called the company they were out of business. So you can see why we were skeptical to hire another company. I was sick and tired of going to the basement 3 or 4 times a day to pump the water out. I had seen the TC Hafford trucks around and seen the ads on TV. I decided to call you and at least get the free estimate. After peter spent time going over what your system could do and how it was installed, I decided to have it done, but was skeptical. But not anymore. Not one drop of water since the job was completed. Mike and his helper did a great job with the installation. Mike told me what he was going to be doing and how everything would work. Great clean-up. Enjoyed having them in my home.
