He was professional and helpful at every phase of the project. Needing the help of TC Hafford to get my basement done, the office staff did a very good job setting up my appointment for an appropriate time. Heather was very good at explaining everything and I called her several times with questions. The guys worked hard on the job and we were happy with their work.
