Sump Pumps Before & After Photos

Homeowners in Kennebunk, ME needed help with their failing sump pump system. Their old pump was not working properly, leaving them with a wet basement to continually deal with. They were particularly interested in something with a battery back up. We installed a brand new TripleSafe sump pump system, the top of the line pump! The TripleSafe has two Zoeller pumps, as well as a battery back up pump system to help in the event of power loss. 

Homeowners in Biddeford, Maine reached out for help waterproofing their wet basement. After measuring and finding the low spot for the new sump pump, we installed WaterGuard perimeter drainage system with TrenchDrain, as well as a brand new TripleSafe sump pump. WaterGuard and TrenchDrain connect to the TripleSafe to collect water and channel it to be pumped away. The TripleSafe sump system has two Zoeller pumps and a third battery backup pump, so it functions even if the home loses power. 

We helped waterproof this wet basement in Saco, Maine with the installation of a couple of products that work seamlessly together to keep the basement dry. First, we jackhammered a hole for the new TripleSafe sump pump system, which can handle removing over 6,000 gallons of water per hour. The TripleSafe has two Zoeller pumps, and is protected with a third battery backup pump for when the power goes out. We also installed a new SaniDry Sedona high efficiency air system to control the humidity, removing over 100 pints of water from the air each day.

We recently helped Buxton, Maine homeowners to update their sump pump system and waterproof their basement. Their old sump pump was working in overdrive trying to keep up with the water, and even with the pump they still had water pooling on the floor. We poured a new slab floor with WaterGuard perimeter drainage system. WaterGuard connects directly to their new TripleSafe sump pump so all water collected is pumped away from the home. The TripleSafe has two Zoeller pumps which can handle a capacity of over 6,000 gallons of water per hour. There is also a third battery backup pump that keeps the system running even if the home loses power.

This homeowner has lived at this Scarborough, ME, property for over six years but recently developed a problem that could not go unfixed. When it rains or during snowmelting, their open sump hole would allow water to come in and cover part of their basement floor. Once the TripleSafe is installed, it then gets connected to an Exterior Buried Discharge line that takes the water far away from the home. To ensure the system runs year-round without the risk of ice buildup, IceGuard is installed on the Discharge line to protect the system, keeping the system running at 100%.
