Our System Design Specialist Alan Noyes evaluated the homeowner's needs and prepared a plan to remedy the problem. We installed the CleanSpace Wall System, a SuperSump, as well as WaterGuard.

Waterproofing the basement:

WaterGuard is installed around the perimeter of the basement to channel any water to a SuperSump Plus. CleanSpace Wall System is installed and connected to the WaterGuard, ensuring no water can seep through any cracks and end up on the new slab. We also installed a SuperSump Plus which pumps water out of the basement through an Exterior Buried Discharge line and takes the water far away from the home. The whole system is protected against ice buildup during winter with the installation of IceGuard on the Discharge line. The work was completed by foreman Tyler L. and team.

To ensure that water would not flood the basement, a TripleSafe Sump Pump was installed and connected to an exterior buried discharge line with IceGuard. IceGuard prevents ice buildup during the cold season, keeping the system running all year round.
