To ensure that water would not flood the basement, a TripleSafe Sump Pump was installed and connected to an exterior buried discharge line with IceGuard. IceGuard prevents ice buildup during the cold season, keeping the system running all year round.

We installed WaterGuard, a perimeter drainage system, to help capture the water they were experiencing. WaterGuard connects directly to the new TripleSafe sump pump so it can be pumped away from the home.

System Design Specialist Peter met with the homeowners to evaluate the basement and identify the best remedy for their space. We installed WaterGuard interior perimeter drainage, along with a TripleSafe sump pump. WaterGuard captures the groundwater that is seeping in and channels it directly to the TripleSafe sump pump to be pumped away from the home. The TripleSafe has two Zoeller cast iron pumps, along with a third battery backup pump. The battery backup ensures the sump pump continues to operate even if the home loses power.

Bath, Maine homeowners had an area in their basement that would often flood, and an old sump pump that couldn't keep up. We installed a SuperSump pump system to help them keep the basement dry. The SuperSump system can handle over 2,200 gallons of water per hour, pumping it away from the home through an exterior buried discharge line.
