Their slab was cracking and water was seeping in, causing headaches for the homeowner. We poured a new slab, along with slab WaterGuard to help channel any water or moisture to the new TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe features two Zoeller sumps and a battery-powered backup. The TripleSafe drains water out of the basement and through an Exterior Buried Discharge line that is protected against ice buildup in the winter with IceGuard. CleanSpace Wall System was installed to act as a vapor barrier where needed and channel any additional moisture from the walls to the WaterGuard. CleanSpace walls are durable, easy to clean, and never discolor, giving this basement a bright, fresh look!
