Polylevel is a quick and effective solution for lifting and leveling sinking concrete. We drilled small, strategically placed holes in the garage floor and injected the Polylevel foam underneath. The foam expanded, filling voids and raising the concrete back to its original position. Once the floor was level, we sealed the holes, leaving the surface smooth and ready for use. It's a durable, long-lasting fix that avoids the hassle of replacing the concrete entirely.

This allowed for our WaterGuard piping system and a new SuperSump sump pump to be installed in the floor of the basement. Once covered by a fresh layer of concrete, the WaterGuard piping will capture any leaking moisture in the future and guide it to the SuperSump before it has the chance to accumulate on the surface of the floor. The water will then exit the basement through the discharge line coming from the sump. This line, protected by an IceGuard pipe segment, will carry the water a distance from the home before depositing it onto the ground.

With a properly waterproofed basement, this homeowner can expect their basement to once again remain dry for many years into the future. The WaterGuard piping will now protect this basement from any heavy rainstorms that might have caused problems for the homeowner.
