This will stop moisture that enters through the floor or wall from making its way to the center of the crawlspace. Giving it time to drain back out. This is a special piece of pipe on a discharge line that will allow the evacuated water to continue to flow should the lower portion of the pipe become blocked by ice or debris. Finally, we installed a SaniDry CX dehumidifier. This will guarantee the homeowner maintains a dry basement even if moisture makes it into the air.
