To fully encapsulate the area and keep moisture and critters out, CleanSpace with Drainage Matting was installed. Drainage Matting is a durable barrier with dimples to help channel water and elevate the CleanSpace, keeping it clean. SprayFoam was installed on the walls to insulate the area, keeping cold air out during the winter, making the space more comfortable, and saving the homeowner money on their energy bill. Finishing out the full waterproofing system was the installation of a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

To encapsulate the area, we first installed CleanSpace with drainage matting. CleanSpace is an inorganic vapor barrier that seals out moisture, and prevents mold growth.
